Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 24 European Union countries we sell to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira, nor outside these countries (including France). If your address is in one of these areas, the order cannot be completed.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times

We prepare your order in 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the country (Greece, up to 20). Orders with several kits may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Taxes and customs

Prices include VAT. You will not pay customs duties or extra charges on delivery.

If it doesn't arrive

If you haven't received it 35 days after purchase, email us at info@volalink.es and we will resend it or refund you.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address before confirming the order. If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address or repeated absence, we will resend it at your cost or refund the product minus the shipping already incurred.
