Returns, guarantee and right of withdrawal

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If your child doesn't love it, you have 30 days from delivery to return it and we refund 100% of the product price.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you also have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. The 30-day guarantee extends this period; it does not replace it.

How to return it

Email us at info@volalink.es with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. The product must arrive complete, with all its parts.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We inform you of this before you complete your purchase, as required by consumer law.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.

Damaged or defective product

If it arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we pay the return costs and send you a new one or refund you, as you prefer. Email info@volalink.es with a photo. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity: at least 2 years in the EU (3 years in Spain).

The gift

The 40-design book is included for free. If you return the pen, you don't need to return the book.
